We can provide FAA required services, including:

• 1st Class Physical
• 2nd Class Physical
• 3rd Class Physical
• Special Issuances - Includes all types of medical problems
• HIMS III Program -- A program for the recovering alcoholic pilot
• EKG - Electrocardiogram

     Additional services offered but NOT required by the FAA:

• Blood work - Including, but not limited to: Executive panel and PSA
• Complete eye exam, including refraction.  (Doc practiced ophthalmology along with his Family Practice)
• Routine Prescription service
