The Highland County Coroner's office investigates all accidental deaths, deaths by criminal means, and any other unexplained or suspicious deaths that occur within the boundaries of the County.  Any injury that might lead to death must also be reported to the Coroner.

Dr. Terrell has served as Coroner for Highland County for more than 20 years.  You can reach his office by calling (937) 393-4454.  If you reach an answering machine and you are reporting a death, call the Highland County Sheriff at (937) 393-1421.

Dr. Terrell works closely with all law enforcement agencies including the Highland County Sheriff, Highland County Prosecutor, the Ohio State Patrol, and all community police agencies.  Additionally he is extremely involved with area fire departments and life squads.
