Dr Terrell is available for consultations in problem medical cases or answering questions about how to best approach a problematic certification.  He is willing to spend the time "working" your special issuance case.  Our office and service is not a virtual "dot-com" office of non-medical people with a list of FAA requirements to quote from.   We are willing to share the years of experience, training, and networking to keep you flying.  Our services are billed hourly in 1/4 hour increments.

Availability by telephone, fax, email and cell when away from the office.
